Spray large baking sheet with oil.
Place sausage onto pan as the base.
In large bowl, combine gnocchi, tomatoes, broccolini, squash, oil, garlic, capers, and salt & pepper; stir well to combine.
Pour gnocchi over sausage and spread around.
Bake, rotating pan halfway through and stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and pot into serving bowl.
Add lemon juice and butter; stir well.
Garnish with romano and basil.
