2. In a Dutch oven, saute chicken in 1 tablespoon oil until no longer pink
3. Remove from pan and set aside
4. In the same pan, cook the peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion in remaining oil until tender
5. Add prosciutto and garlic, and cook for 1 minute longer
6. Add the broth, tomatoes, beans, peas, tomato paste, and chicken, and bring to a boil
7. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
8. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to package directions
9. Drain and stir into soup
10. Garnish each serving with cheese and basil
