Toss broccoli with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer on a baking sheet. Roast 13 minutes.
Combine breadcrumbs, oregano, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and half the parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Thoroughly combine.
In a medium pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high heat until hot. Add chopped garlic and sliced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until slightly softened. Add tomato paste and as much sriracha as you'd like, depending on your desired level of spice. Cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
After broccoli has roasted 13 minutes, add the seasoned breadcrumbs to the other half of the baking sheet. Return to oven and roast another 2-3 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Add gnocchi to pan of sauce, stir to coat. Loosely cover with foil and cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened and gnocchi are heated through.
To the pan of cooked gnocchi and sauce, add the toasted broccoli and mascarpone cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly combined.
Serve finished gnocchi garnished with the toasted breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan cheese.
