Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rub the chicken and tomatoes in oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
Bring a pot of salt water to a boil and cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes.
Sauté the onion, pepper, and garlic in one tbsp. of oil until soft.
Sauté the bacon and chop. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan except bacon and cheddar cheese.
Top with the bacon and cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes.
