Suggest a better descriptionHeres a spread I served on Thanksgiving as a pre-dinner treat to keep the crowd from getting restless smelling the turkey hour after hour.... In food processor, combine garlic and salt, let sit for 10-15 minutes. Then add the goat cheese, butter and chives. Blend until smooth. Stir in the pistachios, garnish with more chives.
