A very simple, quick appetizer that is full of tang and flavour.
Preheat oven to 400.
Slice baguette into 1/4 inch slices.
Lightly drizzle olive oil on bread and dust with garlic powder.
Bake in oven for about 7 minutes or until toasted and crispy.
Let cool slightly before adding goat cheese.
Spread goat cheese on each piece of toast.
Top cheese with chopped sun dried tomatoes.
Lightly drizzle or apply drops of balsamic vinegar glaze on top of cheese tomato mixture.
Top with thinly sliced fresh basil.
Watch the browning of the baguette slices very carefully. They can burn very quickly.
