Suggest a better descriptionBreak the Cauliflower into florets. Blanch in hot water with about a teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstartch, soy sauce, pepper, chili powder, and salt to taste. Add water and whisk till smooth
Drag each floret through the batter. Place in an air fryer and baste with oil. Fry till golden. Repeat in batches till done.
In a little bit of oil, Fry the ginger, garlic, and chilies. Add green onions, bell peppers, and celery and cook till almost cooked.
Add soy sauce, ketchup, pepper, and salt and stir.
Add the cauliflower and mix till coated.
Add vinegar and stir briefly. Check the taste and add more soy sauce or ketchup as needed
