Suggest a better descriptionCut half head of cauliflower until you've got 250g
Microwave cauliflower for 3 mins
Salt cauliflower lightly once done
Heat 1 tbsp oil
Add cumin seeds
Add a little salt
Add asafoetida
Add in cauliflower
Cook covered for 13 minutes on low heat (3), stirring every 2 mins
Uncover and cook for 6 more minutes on same temp
Lower temp just a little (2) and add peas, turmeric, amchur, red chili powder, cumin powder, and a little more salt
Stir and let it cook for 2 more minutes
Done!
