Suggest a better descriptionSimply finely dice the cabbage and onion into a mixing bowl, add pork, garlic, eggs, salt & pepper.
Mix together with hands then create patties about the size of your palm.
Cover with breadcrumbs and fry in a little oil until brown on the edges.
Add all the patties to an oven proof dish.
Make the sauce by mixing stock in boiling hot water and add tomato purée.
Pour into dish trying to cover all the patties.
Cover and place in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about an hour.
