Grease 12-cup bundt pan.
In small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour.
Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly.
Add nuts and set aside.
Cake:
In large bowl, cream sugar, butter and eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in vanilla. Batter will be thick.
Spoon half the batter into bundt pan; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture.
Add remaining batter and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool 5 minutes.
Invert on cake plate or platter and cool.
