Suggest a better descriptionTrim broccoli florets off of broccoli stalks to the quantity desired. Drop them in salted boiling water and then add a little more salt on top. Boil for 4 minutes. Transfer broccoli to blender but retain water broccoli was boiled in. Add water from pot to blender and cover about halfway. Puree. Place two 1/4 inch slices of herbed goat cheese in bottom of bowl and add a couple of walnuts on top. Pour broccoli puree into bowl and let it settle in around the slices of goats cheese. Add dash of ground pepper and olive oil. Serve.
