Bring heavy cream and garlic to boil in medium saucepan and lower to bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese and stir until it melts. Add gorgonzola cheese and stir until it melts in. This will thicken the sauce. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Serve immediately over anything!
Can be reheated over low heat if needed, whisk together vigorously.
