Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Chicken broth, Polenta and butter in an oven-safe dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Stir and put back into oven to bake for 15 more minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in Gorgonzola. Let stand for 5 minutes to get completely firm.
