Suggest a better descriptionBring cream to a full boil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Boil rapidly for 45-50 minutes, until thickened like a white sauce, stirring occasionally.
Remove pan from heat and add cheeses, salt, pepper and parsley. Whisk rapidly until cheeses melt and serve.
To reheat, warm the sauce over low heat until melted, then whisk vigorously until sauce comes together.
