Suggest a better description1. In a large pan, saute ground beef until half-cooked; drain and return to pan with onion, garlic and olive oil. Cook until meat is fully cooked.
2. Add water, beef broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, pepper, adobe seasoning and seasoned salt. Mix well.
3. Lower heat and cover- allow to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. (at this point, everything could go into a crock pot to cook on low)
4. Add in the uncooked macaroni, stir well until everything is combined.
5. Cover once again and allow to simmer until macaroni is cooked fully.
6. Remove the bay leaves.
7. Add cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
8. Add mozzarella right before serving.
This recipe can be doubled for large crowds.
