Suggest a better descriptionTrim all fat from beef. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Shake cubes with 1/2 cup of flour in a paper or plastic bag, to coat evenly. Brown meat in oil in heavy kettle or dutch oven. Remove with slotte dspoon. Stir onion into drippings. Suate until soft. Stir in catsup, paprika, marjoram, Worcestershire sauce, salt, caraway seeds, mustard, beef broth, beef and water. Heat to boiling. Cover. Simmer, stirring several times, 2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove beef with slotted spoon to large serving platter. Keep warm. let liquid in kettle stand several minutes or until fat rises to the top. Skim off fat. Reheat liquid to boiling. Blend remaining 1.4 cup of flour with a little water to make a paste in a cup. Stir into boiling liquid. kCook, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens and boils....appx 1 minute. Spoon noodles around meat on platter. Spoon part or all of gravy over all.
