makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, baking poweder, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg and milk, then add the melted butter. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in milk mixture, stirring with fork just until mixed. Fold in Blueberries.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tin, fill 2/3 full.
Bake 20 Minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve immediately or allow to cool
Can be frozen. To reheat, wrap in foil and place in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.
