Really quick, easy and super good.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 15"X10" jellyroll pan with foil and spray with Pam.
Put graham crackers on foil, fold foil up against crackers if there is extra space in the pan.
Combine butter and sugar in a small sauce pan. Melt over medium heat and let boil gently for three minutes, stirring constantly (you want it to be slightly browned/caramel colored).
Stir in almonds just before removing from heat.
Spoon mixture (should be thick and syrupy) over crackers and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 for 10 min. or until glaze is light golden tan. Baking time will vary due to different ovens. Glaze will bubble while baking if bubbling unevenly rotate pan every 5 min.
After removing from oven slide the foil out of pan and onto the counter or cutting board and let cool.
Cut into bars or crack into pieces.
Store in air tight container or seal and freeze.
