Break graham crackers into pieces and place on a cookie sheet with sides touching.
Cook butter and sugar in a saucepan until it boils. Stir often about 2 minutes.
Add the nuts and stir.
Pour cooked syrup over crackers to cover completely.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
Remove with a spatula after a minute or two and let cool. Next time I would spray Pam on waxed paper or the plate because mine stuck to the plate.
