Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Pre-heat turks head cast iron muffin pan while combining ingredients.
Combine all ingredients. The batter will be thin. Fill each muffin pan 3/4 full. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
When the muffins are right from the oven. Slice them horizontally about half way through and add 1 pat of butter and one tsp. of granulated sugar.
