Suggest a better descriptionCook, drain, & cool potatoes, then place in a large bowl. Add onion, celery, and sweet relish. In a separate bowl, combine mayo, mustard, celery seed, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and sugar. Pour dressing over the potatoes, onions, and celery & stir to combine. Place sliced eggs over the top & chill 2+ hours or overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle paprika and fresh parsley over the top.
