Suggest a better descriptionCrush 1 cup strawberries. In a 4 cup measure, combine crushed berries with water. Cook in Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring once. Sieve and return to 4 cup measure. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir into strawberry juice. Cook in Microwave for 2-3 minutes until transparent, stirring often. Add red food coloring. Put whole berries in pie shell. Pour glaze over and chill. Serve plain or with whip cream.
