Cut bread in cubes and layer buttered side up in a 9x13 pan.
Beat eggs and add milk, then slowly pour over bread.
Evenly spread meat over top.
Layer cheese on top.
Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight.
preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake, with foil still on, for 1 1/2 hours (possibly a little longer).
Can leave in refrigerator for 24 hours before baking.
