Yummy birthday cake.
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes with mixer on medium. Bake in 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes and lift out. Can glaze with frosting or icing (1/2 C powdered sugar with 2 T milk).
