Yummy dessert. Can also be used as a base for cheesecakes.
Preheat oven to 400F. Using a pastry blender mix all ingredients into coarse crumbs. Press firmly into pan (11 ½” x 7 ½ “ x 1 ½”). Poke forks holes throughout top. Bake for 35 minutes. Cut into 1” squares immediately. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
