Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add sugar, oil, eggs and mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts, mix well. Turn into three nine inch layer cake pans, (greased and floured). Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, turn out on cake rack.
