Suggest a better descriptionCream butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly. Add beaten egg yolks, rum flavor and vanilla. Cream after each addition. Stir in coarsely chopped pecans. Pour into baked pie shell and chill until firm.
Topping:
Whip cream until stiff, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on chilled pie and garnish with pecan halves.
Serve in small portions as it is very rich.
