Delicious gingersnaps that can be baked soft or left in longer for a crisp cookie. Either way they are great dunked in coffee.
Mix dry ingredients (except sugar) together. Cream shortening, add sugar, egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Form balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
