This is my Grandmother's favorite artichoke dip that my cousin Michele makes for every family get together. Trish claims the recipe is hers *smile*
Drain and heat the artichokes for 1 minute in a microwave.
Mash artichokes in a mixing bowl.
Add Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, a dash of garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt & pepper to the mashed artichokes.
Stir well, until creamy.
Spread into a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3040 min. or until golden brown around the edges.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
