Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat, onions, salt and pepper. Meanwhile in separate containers, mix vinegar, Worcester sauce, ketchup, water (not all water), mustard, chili powder and sugar. Add to meat and stir when meat is done browning. Simmer over low heat about 1 hour (more or less). Add more water if it's too thick. Stir mixture occasionally.
