Grandma Vivian used to make this delicious rice pudding for Grandpa Norman. She didn't even like rice pudding! My dad and I sure did, though! After he died, she couldn't bring herself to make if any more, so I was thrilled when I inherited the recipe.
1. Grease a small baking dish.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Bake at 250° for 3 hours; stir 3X first hour.
