This is a favorite from my childhood. It is delicious served with baked butternut squash and apple salad (waldorf salad).
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Form into a loaf shape in baking pan. Spread some more ketchup over the top like a scant frosting.
Bake for 1.5 hours at 350 degrees, uncovered.
