Meat sauce
Saute onions & garlic in olive oil in large kettle until golden. Add all tomato products, seasoning and hot water. Simmer at least 1 hour.
Mix ground beef, eggs, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Brown completely. Add to tomato mixture and continue to simmer. Add burgundy to taste. Simmer for at least another 30-60 minutes.
