Made night before and self raising. Use Maple Syrup, Plane Yogurt and Lime
Note: You will be mixing yeast with other ingredients, make sure to use warm (not hot or cold) anything so as to not disturb or hinder the yeast.
Night before mix the following ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl:
Warm Water - Yeast - and then let sit for 5 minutes
Then add warm Milk - Melted Butter - Salt - Sugar - Flour
Whisk ingredients until smooth and we'll blended
Cover (plastic wrap) and let stand all night - best at room temp (don't
refrigerate)
Next Morning
Mix eggs and baking soda and stir into medium mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredient.
Scoop proper purporting of waffle batter into your waffle iron. Cook accordingly.
Note: For more moist and thicker waffles add 1/2-3/4 cup flower with the eggs
Serve: Add plane yogurt to the top of the cooked waffle and squeeze a lime wedge over, add Maple syrup to liking.
