Add the ingredients into your bread machine in the order listed - turn to the dough cycle.
For the syrup, mix together all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn the heat down and let it roll for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and add the syrup to the bottom.
When the dough is ready, knead it and roll it out. Put a layer of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the rolled out dough. Roll up the dough and cut into 1/2 inch rolls. Place each one into the pan, leaving a bit of room in between each. Set aside and cover with a tea towel. Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
