In a separate bowl beat egg whits until fluffy then in a separate bowl mix all other ingredients until thick
Once ingredients are mixed join them in the ingredients bowl and mix more
Now get a 5 ounce cup and fill with mix
Warm up your waffle iron and make sure you fill it until it fills all edges
Close lid and very slowly rotate the iron over
You might need to lightly coat the iron with butter and make sure you beat egg whites untill it becomes really fluffy for nice fluffy pan cakes
