Makes a ton of Grandma's crispy gingerbread cookies for hanging on the tree!!
Mix everything together. Dough should be firm, but moist, similar to wet clay. Divide the dough into balls (sized by how many cookies you can stand to decorate in one sitting). Cover each ball in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm and no longer sticky. Remove 1 ball and roll flat between 2 sheets wax paper until thinker than your pinky. Cut out shape, gather scraps, and reroll until none remains. Place shapes on ungreased cookie sheets. Preheat oven to 350F. Brush each cookie with watered down egg white, then decorate - make sure to use plenty of cinnamon candies! Use a toothpick to make a hole at the top of each for hanging. Bake 8 min and enjoy!
