2. Slice Mozzarella Cheese.
3. Mix Ricotta Cheese in medium bowl: 2 Ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, and parsley flakes. Use small mixer on low speed, beat until creamy.
4. Brown ground beef, set aside
5. In 13" x 9" cake pan, or small glass pans, grease with olive oil: 1. Sauce on bottom, 2. Layer lasagna 3.Ricotta Filling, 3. Layer lasagna 4. Sauce with loose ground beef. 5. Grated mozzarella 6. Repeat 2-5 about 3 layers. 7. Add sauce and sliced mozzarella on top.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil, cook for 30- 45 minutes. Fork test it for doneness. Last 10 minutes sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese. When done cooking, let sit for 30 minutes to cool.
If fresh cook for 45 minutes, if frozen, cook till it boils, then add 15 minutes .
