Cream the butter, add flour and confectioners sugar and mix. Press on the bottom of a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Combine well beaten eggs, sugar, salt, juice, and rind. Mix baking powder and flour together to add to egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sift confectioners sugar over bars. Cool and cut into bars.
