Mix all save 1/3 can of tomato sauce, and spread into Pyrex or stone loaf pan. Top with remainder tomato sauce. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 15-20 minutes on high, rotate dish every 5 minutes if not on carousel, until temperature is 170°f. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into 1 inch thick portions.
