Double Onion, triple topping for 2 9x13 cake pans - 12/2018
Melt 5tbsp butter in large pan over medium-low heat. Add a touch of salt. Cook onions until soft
Mix in flour, cook 2 minutes, while stiring.
Add pepper, broth and harvey bristol cream
Bring to a boil, cook until thickened. A few minutes.
Pour in to casserole
Mix croutons with 4 tbsp melted butter, put on top of onions
Sprinkle swiss and parmesan cheese on top
Heat in oven covered loosely with foil at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove foil, heat an additional 5 minutes or until top is brown.
