Pare, core, slice apples
Put apples in large bowl
Combine sugar, nutmeg, and flour and sir into apples
Spoon into pastry shell
Drizzle lemon juice over the apples
In seperate bowl, combine sugar and flour
Cut in butter
Sprinkle over apples
Slide pie into lrge paper bag
Fold over open end and secure with jpaper clups
Place on cooke sheet
Bake at 425 degrees for about one hour
