Tart and Tangy Cranberries with the sweetness of citrus. Low sugar.
Run cranberries (frozen or fresh) through salad shooter. Follow with apple. Dice flesh of orange fairly finely. Mix ingredients together and sweeten to taste with Nutrasweet. Stub's card says about 6 packets.
Stub invented this recipe to accomodate Grandma Velma who developed diabetes and had to regulate her sugar intake.
