Melt butter in measuring cup. Add all spices.
Pour butter mixture over; Chex, nuts, and pretzels. Stir for "a long time" Scoop from the bottom of the bowl, up and dump as you rotate the bowl. For at least 10 minutes. The longer the better.
Spread over two cookie sheets covered with foil. Split the mix. Bake for 1 hour at 250, switch sheets on racks at 30 minutes.
