Hacer un almíbar con el jugo de limón, azúcar y un chorrito de champagne. Dejar enfriar. Mezclar el resto de la champagne. Verter en una asadera profunda y llevar al freezer.
Salsa:
Hervir el jugo de naranja con la ralladura y el azúcar hasta que quede como un jarabe. Cuando se enfríe mezclar con el licor de naranja.
Montaje:
Colocar algunas frutas tropicales en el fondo de la copa. Raspar el granizado y disponer por encima. Rociar con la salsa de naranja y decorar con alguna fruta.
