Peel and dice potatoes boil until done. Drain water off put them back in the pan add butter salt and pepper barely cover potatoes with milk. Turn heat on low. Add cheese.
In a small bowl or cup add flour with 1/4 cup of milk.
Mix together until no lumps then pour over potatoes.
Stir often.
Cook until potatoes start to thicken. Turn heat off they will continue to get thick as they sit there. Enjoy
