1: remove ends of Green Beans. Wash and drain.
2: arrange beans in a shallow casserole dish.
3: fry Bacon in a skillet until crispy.
4: add Onions and Mushrooms to skillet. Sauté until Mushrooms are wilted but not brown.
5: stir in Chicken Broth and Black Pepper.
6: pour contents of skillet over Green Beans.
7: cover and bake at 350* for 40-45 mins. Until beans are easily pierced.
Liquid in the casserole can be thickened with 6 Tsp Corn Starch and 6 Tbsp Water. Cook until broth has thickened.
