Suggest a better descriptionBeat egg, then add mayonnaise and mustard. Blend into crab meat, add cracker crumbs and spices. Form into small balls (I use cookie scoop). Gently roll into cracker crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. May use a sprinkle of old bay or J.O. seasoning. If used reduce salt to 1/4 teaspoon.
