Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium saucepan, combine the Coconut oil, brown sugar, honey and butter until combined. Heat until combination thickens, Add vanilla and stir in completely. Add oats, puffed rice, and nuts. Stir until combined.
Line a 9" x 9" backing dish with wax paper, and transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly. Add chocolate chips, and slightly tamp down into a uniform layer. Chill for 30-45 minutes.
