Suggest a better descriptionStir oats, coconut, pecans, bran germ, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add the honey, oil, and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a greased 9X13.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Add the dried fruit before the last 10 minutes.
Lately, I have found the granola to be almost too sticky for my tastes, so I have begun adding 1 more cup of oats. (Of course, I've also been out of Bran Germ, so that might be what's making the difference.)
